β Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods
Downloadable software products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or vouchers
π¦ How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at contact@acheto.shop or via our Contact Form.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Our support team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
πReturn Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
π³ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
Please note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
