📦 Standard Processing & Shipping Timelines

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Do items ship together?

Not always. Some items in your order may ship separately from different locations. You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment, so you can follow every package along the way.


🚚 Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders via Expedia FromUSA—no minimum required!
  • Express shipping (when available) is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

✨ Express & Premium Shipping

Is Express Shipping available?

Express Shipping may not always be available depending on:

  • Order size (currently unavailable for orders over $100)
  • Item type (some items ship directly from our vendors and do not qualify for express service)

If express options are visible at checkout, you’ll be able to select them based on what’s in your cart.

What is Premium Shipping?

Premium Shipping is a gifting upgrade that includes:

  • Faster delivery via Express Shipping
  • A handwritten gift note included with your order
    Perfect for special occasions and thoughtful surprises.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states ,europe and united kingdom. We’re working on expanding to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations—stay tuned!


📸 Damaged Orders

We stand by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us at info@acheto.shop within 30 days
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost

This helps us improve our packaging and ensures your experience stays positive.


🔄 Returns & Adjustments

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of delivery. Please note: At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than product issues.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes. If the price of an item you purchased drops within 3 days, contact us and we’ll refund the difference. Sale items and orders placed with a discount code are not eligible for price adjustments.
